Shifting Shadows
A downloadable D12 RPG
Several years ago, I inscribed a pocket notebook with a quick-and-dirty fantasy RPG. My very first. The notebook has long been lost, but recently I found some old photographs I had taken of every spread. I digitized it and threw it into a PDF. Within these pages is a simple D12-based system, including classes, skills, combat, and spells, many hand-drawn illustrations, and a setting: an outline of a continent called Armanda.
This game represents a significant milestone in my game design journey. It is far from perfect, barely playtested, and unfinished, but I'm putting it here so others can perhaps glean some enjoyment from it.

Great art and packed with fun ideas. I really like the skills system! Love that it all runs on the d12, my favorite polyhedron.
